Iraq war veteran's mother wins deportation reprieve!
Read thisAppaling treatment!-Let me quote the British Army Covenant-
"Soldiers will be called upon to make personal sacrifices - including the ultimate sacrifice - in the service of the Nation... In return, British soldiers must always be able to expect fair treatment, to be valued and respected as individuals, and that they (AND THEIR FAMILIES) will be sustained and rewarded by commensurate terms and conditions of service"
"...The ethos of the Army is sustained by all soldiers doing their duty with an implacable will to succeed; accepting their grave responsibility and legal right to fight and kill according to their orders and their unlimited liability to give their lives for others; confident that in return the nation will look after them AND THEIR FAMILIES"
What part of "AND THEIR FAMILIES" does the government not understand?-An utter disgrace!-Once again brave men have been obscenely betrayed by an uncaring and unworthy government!-Don't deport Mrs.Joy Bowman,congratulate her for parenting two brave and loyal sons who are willing to fight for their country!

Four-year-olds will get gay fairytales at school!
Read thisA prince who turns down three princesses before falling in love with one of their brothers and then marries him!-Has the world gone raving mad?-What Politically correct,left wing,European Union "Gay rights Nazi" idiot thought up this gem of total Bollocks?-Teaching PRIMARY SCHOOL kids that homosexuality is part of everyday life,well I can tell you it's definitely NOT part of MY everyday life and I certainly wouldn't want it forced down the throats of impressionable young children!(Excuse the pun!)It may well be acceptable in twenty first century Britain,and I'm sure that kids will learn the grim reality of life soon enough,however I for one don't think it's right for children to have their innocence shattered at that young an age!-Let them think that life's a bed of roses for a while longer.They'll grow up quick enough anyway,why force them to sooner than they must!
New Islamic playboy!
MoD's new £2.4bn radio is too heavy for most soldiers!
Read thisAnother blatant example of GROSS incompetence and CRIMINAL negligence in the Ministry of defense!-What moronic imbecile decided to purchase a radio for the British Army too heavy for infantry to carry?-Has anyone in Whitehall even served in the armed forces?-looking at their recent history of ineptitude I'd be surprised if any of them had even been accepted in the Girl Guides!-This latest example of mismanagement and stupidity once again demonstrates how out of touch and illadvised those who infest the corridors of power really are!-These bafoons don't hesitate to spent over 2.3 BILLION pounds on their own offices,squandering taxpayers money on un-needed luxuaries such as £1000 chairs,marble floors and hot tubs,while our own troops are fighting for their lives this very minute in both Iraq and afghanistan using outdated and inadequate equipment and unable to communicate effectively with their aircover because not all our helicopters and ground attack aircraft can be fitted with Bowman and the damn thing is too heavy for our infantry to carry in combat!-The arrogance,ignorance and incompetance that seems to be comonplace in Whitehall needs to be culled before any more servicemen suffer for the inadequacies of those in command at the Ministry of Defense!

The betrayal of British fighting men & women!
"Under Tony Blair the military covenant has been broken, our armed forces have been let down and taken for granted."
"More than 17,000 troops are estimated to be suffering from anxiety and depression, and around 3,500 reservists are thought to be facing similar problems"
"Between January 2003 and October 2006, only 2,123 military personnel received treatment for mental health conditions from the MoD; of these, 328 were diagnosed with PTSD"
"Soldiers who have served their country - only to face inadequate treatment, for physical and mental injuries; to lose their homes after being discharged; to be jailed for conditions caused by the mental trauma of war; and denied the right to have their grievances heard"
"Many turn to drink or drugs to suppress the horror and only the strongest of marriages can cope with the stress"
"When they [the soldiers] are discharged they become just another civilian, another number in the queue. I think they are being let down. Many in the NHS don't understand PTSD. They class it as depression and try to treat it with pills."
"A former soldier spent 14 years in the Second Battalion of the Parachute Regiment. He served as a sniper in an elite reconnaissance unit, but has been homeless since leaving the Army five weeks ago. "All I got from the Army was £100 and a kick up the arse"
"The closure of military hospitals means that injured troops are being transferred straight from the battlefield to civilian wards. In some cases, officers are being sent back to war despite suffering combat trauma such as nightmares and flashbacks"
"Last year, one paratrooper said he was told by a patient that he was "killing my Muslim brothers in Afghanistan". Another said he was advised to remove his uniform and not talk about Iraq when he was at another UK hospital"
The British Army covenant 2005.
"Soldiers will be called upon to make personal sacrifices - including the ultimate sacrifice - in the service of the Nation... In return, British soldiers must always be able to expect fair treatment, to be valued and respected as individuals, and that they (and their families) will be sustained and rewarded by commensurate terms and conditions of service.
The chain of command, from the Government downwards, is responsible for articulating and sustaining the morality and justice of the cause in question... Only on this basis of absolute confidence in the justice and morality of the cause can British soldiers be expected to be prepared to give their lives...
Soldiers accept an open-ended commitment to serve whenever and wherever they are needed, whatever the difficulties or dangers may be.
The ethos of the Army is sustained by all soldiers doing their duty with an implacable will to succeed; accepting their grave responsibility and legal right to fight and kill according to their orders and their unlimited liability to give their lives for others; confident that in return the nation will look after them and their families."
Our armed forces have been disgracefully betrayed time and time again by an ungratefull and unworthy government!-More than 17,000 troops thought to be suffering from anxiety and depression,untreated and forgotten by both the Ministry of Defense and Tony Blair and all his lackys that laughingly call themselves our government!-This APPALING and OBSCENE betrayal CANNOT be allowed to continue!-The covenant has been broken,the trust has been lost and the loyalty that every member of the armed forces swears on the Holy Bible to serve the crown and the commander in chief unto death has been dishonoured and dirtied!-Action must be taken immediately before any more brave men and women who have served their country with honour suffer needlessly and alone without help or hope!

WO2 Michael Smith killed in Afghanistan
Read this More blood on Blare's hands!
I dreamed kind Jesus fouled the big-gun gears;
And caused a permanent stoppage in all bolts;
And buckled with a smile Mausers and Colts;
And rusted bayonet with His tears.
And there were no more bombs, of ours or Theirs,
Not even an old flint-lock, nor even a pikel.
But God was vexed, and gave all power to Michael;
And when I woke he'd seen to our repairs.

Gurkhas win right to equal pensions!
Read thisAbout time too!-A great injustice has been righted!-These men from Nepal may be small in stature but are giants of men and have loyally served the crown for generations.You only have to read the many citations of their Victoria Cross awards over the years,some of them receiving it TWICE,to see the bravery and commitment they have made in the defence of this country.It's only right and proper that the Gurkhas are treated equally as the rest of the British Army and it's been a national disgrace that it's taken so long for their loyalty to be rewarded by those in power!

Marine Benjamin Reddy killed in Afghanistan!
I was that which others did not want to be.
I went where others feared to go.
And did what others failed to do.
I asked nothing from those who gave nothing.
And reluctantly accepted the though of eternal loneliness should I fail.
I have seen the face of terror,
felt the stinging cold of fear.
And enjoyed the sweet taste of a moment's love.
I have cried, pained and hoped;
But most of all I have lived times others would say were best forgotten.
At least someday I will be able to say I was proud of what I was..
